Thank you for your support
The Ducklings Trust is a charity set up to raise money for equipment and help improve the environment in the Maternity Units at Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe.
Our fundraising continues to help make the units be the best birth environment they can be for families and staff. As well as organising fundraising events, contributions from the public are very welcome. All money raised means that The Ducklings Trust can build on their previous achievements and continue their efforts to support the Maternity Services.
What's going on at The Ducklings Trust?
Join us for our first virtual wine tasting event on 26th February @ 7:30pm
Lock-down has meant that many of the events we had planned over the last few months have had to be cancelled; but through the use of Zoom we are able to host a virtual wine tasting evening.
Hosted by Lee from Condor Wines, you will be able to enjoy 3 stunning South American wines along with accompanying tasting information; all in the comfort of your own home.
Tickets are £35 per household / bubble and include three bottle of wine.
Delivery can be arranged from a small fee within Aylesbury / Wycombe and surrounding villages; or pick up from one of our local hubs
Sponsored Duck Walk
Update: Whilst lock down may have put pay to attempt number one, the supporters of Aylesbury United were not to be outdone, and completed their walk in October. A total of £1,000 was raised to support The Duckling's Trust. From one Duck to another.... thank you!
In order to mark 13 (nearly 14 years) of Aylesbury United Football Club playing outside of Aylesbury and to help raise awareness of this, 21st Century Ducks (21CD), Aylesbury United Supporters Trust, are organising a sponsored walk from our old ground on Buckingham Road to Broadwater, the home of Berkhamsted Football Club on the 4th April.
8 new cots delivered
We have recently been able to purchase 8 variable cots for donation to Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe Birth Centre.
We were also able to purchase several reclining chairs, this allows for family members to rest close to mum and baby where extended stays are necessary
